In the second phase of the BEB project we are focused on disrupting the structures and practices that the CPS community identified as standing in the way of racial justice. These are grounded in the Barrier to Equity that the BEB movement named during phase one. This work will take several forms (as you see below) but will always honor our core principals, engage many stakeholders, and focus on disrupting the status quo.
