CPS is considering changing the length of the JK - 8 school day, making schedule improvements, or changing the school year calendar in order to improve access to rigorous, joyful, and culturally responsive learning experiences for all students.

At the high school, CPS is exploring ways to improve student experiences during the school day and to strengthen opportunities for educators to plan, collaborate, and advise their students.

Family and educator input is welcomed as we build on extensive stakeholder feedback, expert analyses, and recommendations from a task force of CPS administrators and educators.

We need to hear from you!
