Cambridge Public Schools’ 2022-2025 District Plan is built on (Former) Superintendent Greer’s entry plan process, which resulted in her December 2021 findings, Charting the Path Forward, the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget development process, and the 2016-2019 Building Equity Bridges project.

A District Plan is a strategic roadmap that sets a clear and shared vision, determining how progress will be defined and measured, and identifying priorities for improvement that will support meaningful and lasting improvement for our students.

Our District Plan is centered around four objectives (what we aim to achieve) and five student outcomes (areas in which we will measure our progress & success).
