New Employee Paperwork

Thank you for making Cambridge Public Schools your choice of employer. We know that you will find your employment experience a rich and rewarding one. In order to facilitate the employment process and make sure you get on the payroll as quickly as possible, you need to complete the following forms and submit the specified documentation for the position you've been hired for. All of the required forms and documentation must be on file before you can be placed on the payroll. Based on your new position, you need to complete the following:

ALL New Employees
New Teachers New Substitute Teachers

New Support Staff Working 20 Hours or More per Week

New Support Staff Working Less than 20 Hours per Week

New Employees Working Under a Service Agreement
