The Research, Assessment & Evaluation (RA&E) department supports the data needs of students, families, and staff by:
- conducting internal and external research in the interest of continuous improvement
- building and maintaining assessments, data trackers and dashboards
providing support and training on assessment systems, data literacy, and various data technology
- preparing reports for various stakeholders
- supporting the development and deployment of all school and district climate surveys
- developing, supporting, and maintaining data systems critical to the operation of the district
RA&E utilizes various tools and services to help school and department teams monitor student progress in an effort to make evidence-based decisions about instruction, student support, and school climate. It is our goal to work with school and program leaders to build a strong culture of data use.
