Get help with your child’s back-to-school forms! CPS staff, including school nurses will be available to help.
Student forms must be turned in on their first day of school in September.

Community Fairs
We, along with Mayor Simmons, are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2025 Community Fairs. These fairs are a great opportunity for families to meet community partners, learn about community services, and access free supplies, resources, and clothing.
