The Terrible Two!

On January 15, approximately 200 of our fourth and fifth grade students from the Cambridgeport, King Open and Tobin Schools were treated to a rousing presentation by authors Mac Barnett and Jory John! Students were mesmerized as the two authors entertained them with hilarious stories and photos about their childhoods, friendship, writing, and how to be a responsible prankster like the characters in their books.
This special visit was sponsored by Cambridge Public Library and Porter Square Books. Mac Barnett and Jory John are co-writers for the popular Terrible Two books. Thanks to funding from the Porter Square Books Foundation, each student in attendance received a signed copy of Mac and Jory’s newest book The Terrible Two Get Worse – what a treat!
