Happy Birthday!
Next school year is Haggerty's 100th Birthday! We will be celebrating all year!
Please save these first two dates. The celebration will kick-off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 14th at 8AM on the front steps (weather permitting) followed by a parent coffee.
On September 25th, families (past and present), alumni, and staff (over age 21) are invited to a Centennial Cocktail Party at the VFW on Huron Ave.; $15 before Sept. 4th; tickets on sale after July 1st. Look for future email with details or on our Facebook page.

Dear Policeman of Massachusetts,
Please Do NOT change. Stay nice and kind. You guys are probably the nicest policeman in America. Please stay that way. We want you to protect us. You are our friends, not enemies. We love all our police's. That all I have to say. DON'T CHANGE.

LAWN STREET
LOST & FOUND
There are many clothing items down by the Lawn Street entrance on the first floor of our building. All of these items will be donated to the Red Cross on the last day of school. I am sure some of them belong to some of you, and I hope you can be reunited! Please stop by and take a look before Thursday, June 25th. Thanks!
FRIENDS OF HAGGERTY REMINDER!
This is a quick reminder to please make a donation to the Friends of Haggerty (FOH) before the end of the school year. As you know, the FOH raises money from the community to enrich the Haggerty students’ experience by funding field trips (see the great thank you note from a grateful Haggerty student pasted below), artist visits, and other activities that make our school community so vibrant.
As you think of ways to thank our wonderful teachers, consider making a donation to the FOH in your child’s teacher’s honor. All donations in any amount are appreciated. We have not received as many donations this year as in the past, so your donation means even more this year. Without your contributions, we can’t continue to fund all of the activities of the past.
It’s easy to make a donation online through our FOH paypal link or by sending a check, payable to the Friends of Haggerty, 110 Cushing Street, Cambridge, MA 02138 or leave your check at the front desk at school.
