Winter Clothing Exchange

The annual Winter Clothing Exchange is back! As with all events these days, it will be a little different than in previous years. Instead of leaving bins out in the school lobby for folks to leave what they can and take what they need, we will be doing the following:

Donate what you can
November 29, 2021 - January 7, 2022
Leave kids winter clothing in the bins at the Morse School front entrance.

Take what you need
Two separate dates: December 18 and January 8
All the collected items will be out in the Morse School gym, available for retrieval.
Volunteer needs for the exchange will be posted shortly.

All Morse School community members are invited to participate! Donations are NOT required in order to take items that your family needs.

Check out what's happening in B8

In kindergarten (B8), students are learning about story elements and comprehension strategies using a variety of gingerbread themed books. We are comparing and contrasting the different stories, making predictions and practicing within and beyond the text thinking.

To extend this work to the Morse School Community, we would love to give our gingerbread person some friends. If you would like to help us, please make a gingerbread person with your family (no bigger than 8.5 by 11) and drop it off in the box outside the office labeled “Gingerbread Person.” Please include your name and grade so that we can acknowledge your participation.

- Mrs. Connelly and Ms. Flores (B8)
