CPS is requiring all students ages 12+ to be fully vaccinated in order to participate in CPS-sponsored before and afterschool activities, including athletics, clubs, visual and performing arts programs, and school-sponsored social events.
Families can submit information via the Family Portal. Students ages 18+ may submit their information through a special student link via the Family Portal.
Families may request exemptions for medical or religious reasons or for students with special needs. Please be patient as we work together to collect and review student vaccination information. Vaccination deadlines are different for different activities.

Friends of CRLS (FOCRLS) Grants
Friends of CRLS (FOCRLS) is seeking grant proposals from teachers, administrators, librarians, guidance counselors, social workers, advisers, and liaisons who have creative ideas for energizing the learning experience for your students.
We will be awarding several grants up to $1,000 each to support educational and social development opportunities such as visits from accomplished guests, field trips, special events, group creations, performances, and service learning experiences.

Winter Athletic Registration Requirements
Winter Sports Online Athletic Registration Deadline: November 21st
1. Vaccinations - All students must be fully vaccinated to play a Winter Sport.
If you have been vaccinated and have not uploaded your vaccination status, or exemption status, you can do so at the CPS Vaccination Portal. Please be sure to upload this right away so that your upload can be reviewed and approved.
If you have not received any of the vaccination shots information for vaccinations can be found at the link below. Remember that being fully vaccinated is 14 days after your final dose. This means that for Pfizer or Moderna you get one shot, 14 days later you get a second shot and 14 days later you are now fully vaccinated. If receiving the Johnson and Johnson - one shot vaccination - it is 14 days after the single shot that you are considered fully vaccinated. More details >>
2. NFHS Implicit Bias Course.
This course has been added as part of a new rule implemented by the MIAA for Discriminatory Reporting. This educational course is one to help all participants gain a better understanding and respect for others and deter from the discriminatory actions, language and behaviors. This course is a free course which can be found here (same website and log in for the online concussion education course) and it is titled Implicit Bias. The certificate of completion must be emailed in along with all other required paperwork.

Drop-in Math Center - Before school (8-8:30AM)

Come by any day for support with all levels of math--no pre-registration required.
Subject-based Tutoring Services - Before school (8-8:30AM) or after school (3:15-4:15PM)

Meet one-to-one with a tutor once a week to receive support with one or more academic subjects and/or test preparation.
College and Career Mentoring Program - Wednesdays (3:15-4:15PM)
Career & College Resource Center (CCRC), Room 1501
Meet one-to-one with a mentor once a week to explore and plan for your post-secondary life. This can include career and college research, college admission essay help, scholarship application support, etc.
