The CPS Online Waitlist System is Available for Grades JK/K

Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten
All new Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten families who participated in the January 2015 Lottery and all current CPS Junior Kindergarten families who renewed their waitlist positions for Kindergarten next September will have access to their waitlist status as of Friday, March 27, 2015. January Lottery participants who did not receive their first choice of school received  a letter from the FRC providing you with your child's Student ID#. You will need this to access the system. For our current families, this Student ID# is printed on some school district correspondence including bills from the Food Services department. This number is also stored in your child's account if you use MyLunchMoney.com. You may also contact your child's school (family liaison or main office) to request your child's student ID.

For Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten families who registered their children after the January Lottery, from February 1, 2015 onward, your waitlist status will be available later in the spring. The FRC will send your student ID#s with your school assignment letters.

A Note about Waitlists Post-Lottery 2015
If you received your first choice of school for your child, your child is not on any waitlist; therefore, if you use the Online Waitlist System, you will receive a message that "data is not available." Please do not worry.

For families who received their second, third, or no choices in the JK and K Lottery, if you receive the message that no data is available, please do call the FRC at 617.349.6551, as your child should be on a waitlist or two or three.
