DID OUR MAILINGS MISS
YOUR MAILBOX?
We hope you received three mailings from the school department in August: Transportation Eligibility, School Meals, and Annual Student Forms. Did any of these somehow miss you?
Here are some possible reasons – and what to do to be sure that we won't miss you next time:
• Do we have your latest address, phone number, and email address information on file? Check with your child's school to be sure we know how to reach you.
• Did you register during the summer months, or was your student not enrolled during the Spring semester? If so, our mailing list may have been assembled before your child was officially enrolled. You'll hear from us next time!
• Is your name on your mailbox? Postal carriers will sometimes hold mail rather than deliver it, if it's unclear who lives at your address.
• None of the above? Sometimes things get lost in the mail. However, if you didn't receive any of these three mailings, please reach out to your school clerk or email [email protected] so we can look into the possible cause.
