Caitlin Dube

CAITLIN DUBE is an educator and parent deeply committed to the Cambridge Public Schools and the Cambridge community. She brings more than twenty years of experience in education to her work on the Cambridge School Committee. Caitlin has worked across K–12 and higher education as a teacher, school leader, and strategic advisor. She currently runs an education consulting practice supporting schools and organizations in innovation, strategic planning, curriculum design, and evaluation. A proud Cambridge resident and parent of a Cambridge Public Schools student, Member Dube is deeply invested in ensuring that all students have access to joyful, rigorous, and well-resourced schools. 

Prior to her election to the School Committee, she served as co-chair of the Baldwin School Council and as a Commissioner on the Cambridge Commission on the Status of Women. Member Dube holds a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.F.A. from Columbia University, and an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In addition to her work in education, she is a published poet. On the School Committee, Member Dube is focused on collaborating with colleagues, educators, and families to support long-term planning, educational equity, and strong relationships across the district.
