Estimadas Familias

Atentamente,

Sarah Bartels-Marrero
Directora

Dear Families

We enjoyed a wonderful 6-8th Grade Choral and Instrumental Concert on Thursday! A big shout out goes out to the students and, of course, the teachers, Ms. Hamel, Mr. Babecka, Mr. Tally and Ms. Brady. We are very fortunate to have such a talented team of musicians here at Amigos and appreciate their hard work.

Next week, Food & Nutrition Services will be hosting a tasting party for a locally made product called Breakfast Bites at the Amigos School on Friday, January 31st, 2020 during the breakfast meal period. This item is a new product that is being formulated for school breakfast, and is peanut-free. Ingredients include: chickpeas, applesauce, brown sugar, sun butter, white flour, wheat pastry flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, vanilla. The regular breakfast menu main entrée will also be served on the day of the taste test. We hope you can join us!

Finally, please remember that our Third Annual PARENT Dance will be held on Friday, February 7! DJ Battisimus is ready to honor your song requests and some upper school students have agreed to assist in childcare for siblings (in a limited capacity) here at the school while you dance the night away! All parents/guardians are invited not just those with upper school students. Please RSVP via the following link: Amigos Parent Dance RSVP.

Have a wonderful weekend!
