Message from Principal Chad Leith
Dear Morse School Parents, Caregivers and Family Members,
It is hard to believe that it is already February 1st! With over half of the school year behind us, I’d like to share how privileged I feel to be a member of such a wonderfully diverse and dynamic school community. During my first five months as your Principal, I’ve had the chance to participate in many thoughtful and honest conversations with staff members, caregivers, and students about our school’s strengths and successes, as well as about areas for growth and improvement. I look forward to continuing these conversations over the coming months, and working together with you to identify next steps for preparing our children to be successful, independent, and culturally-proficient members of our community and our world.
Welcome Jill Cannon!
Please join me in welcoming Jill Cannon, who will be completing her practicum in school administration as a Principal Intern at the Morse School this spring. Jill began her career in education as a 1st grade teacher in Atlanta, where she taught for five years before relocating to the United Arab Emirates. There, she served as a teacher and later as Head of Faculty for an early-years school. She is currently enrolled in Harvard’s School Leadership Program and one day hopes to start her own school. Jill is excited to learn from her experience at the Morse School and looks forward to meeting our staff, students and families!
My very best wishes for a wonderful weekend. Go Pats!
Chad Leith
