CPS offers a new text messaging service that will allow schools and CPS to send out important announcements and emergency alerts via text message. Current CPS families should have received a text message from 675-87 on Monday, October 30th, inviting you to opt in.

• If you did not receive the text, please contact the school so they can check your student's record.
• You may opt in to this service by responding to that text at any time.
• If you opted out but would like to subscribe, or if you lost the original message, you may text 675-87 at any time.

When a record is updated, or a family registers for the first time, an invitation will be sent by text within 1-2 business days. Again, the school clerk is the person who can make sure your student's information is correct in our system. We remind you to please check with your wireless carrier to determine any possible costs related to text messaging. CPS does not reimburse for any charges associated with sending or receiving text messages.

Con suerte, durante los últimos meses han comenzado a recibir mensajes de texto de la escuela. Recientemente, enviamos un mensaje recordándoles sobre “El día de juegos”. Si no reciben nuestros mensajes de texto y desean recibirlos, favor de leer lo siguiente de la página web del distrito.

CPS ofrece un nuevo servicio de mensajes de texto que permitirá a las escuelas y CPS enviar anuncios importantes y alertas de emergencia a través de mensajes de texto. Las familias actuales de CPS deberían haber recibido un mensaje de texto de 675-87 el lunes 30 de octubre, invitándolos a participar.

• Si no recibió el texto, comuníquese con la escuela para que puedan verificar el registro de su hijo.
• Puede optar por este servicio respondiendo a ese texto en cualquier momento.
• Si se excluyó pero desea suscribirse, o si perdió el mensaje original, puede enviar un mensaje de texto 675-87 en cualquier momento.

CRLS Connects Summer 2018 Chromebook Distribution 
Information for Rising 9th Grade Families
Rising 9th grade students and families may come to the CRLS School Committee Room August 27-29 to pick up their school-issued Chromebook. During your 20-minute appointment, you and your student will review and sign the CPS Device agreement and Chromebook materials. Additionally, your student will receive a Chromebook, case, and charger. Information about online scheduling for your appointment will be shared at a later date.

The Chromebooks are on loan to students and remain the property of CPS. Students will have access to the Chromebook 24/7 during their enrollment at CRLS.
