Maya

Social Studies Update
Recently our 6th and 7th graders visited the Museum of Science to enjoy the incredible and fascinating exhibit about the Mayan civilization. This trip related to concepts they learned in both Science and Social Studies and also presented them with an appreciation for achievements within this hemisphere. Honoring the Maya through this trip and their learning also connected our school to the Latino vision we share hope to foster and celebrate.
