Estimadas familias,

¡Nuestra celebración de la Herencia Hispana fue un gran éxito el viernes por la noche! El nuevo liderazgo de FOA planificó un evento muy organizado y entretenido. Había mucha comida y mucho baile. La parte más emocionante de la noche fue que nuestro Consejo Estudiantil recaudó casi $500 en dos horas para Puerto Rico. ¡Bravo, Estudiantes! ¡Bravo, Amigos!

Nurse Esta semana recibimos a nuestra nueva enfermera oficial, Christine Julien. La enfermera Julien es originaria de Haití y ha vivido en el área de Boston durante muchos años. Asistió a Northeastern University y ha sido enfermera de Cambridge Health Alliance durante 15 años. La enfermera Julien adora a los niños y le encanta ser enfermera. ¡Estamos contentos de tenerla con nosotros! Por favor, acompáñenme en darle una cálida bienvenida a nuestra comunidad de Amigos.

Dear Families,

Our Hispanic Heritage Celebration was a great success on Friday night! The new FOA leadership put on a very organized and entertaining event. There was lots of food and lots of dancing. The most exciting part of the night was our Student Council raising almost $500 in two hours for Puerto Rico. Bravo, students! Bravo, Amigos!

This week we welcomed our new full time nurse, Christine Julien. Nurse Julien is a native of Haiti and has lived in the Boston area for many years. She attended Northeastern University and has been a nurse with the Cambridge Health Alliance for 15 years. Nurse Julien loves kids and loves being a nurse and we are excited to have her with us. Please join me in giving her a warm welcome to our Amigos community.
