Dear Families,
I want to congratulate our 5th graders for the wonderful job they did at the Ballroom Dance Performance. Sophia Galvo and Tessa Duclos-Mazzone won the merengue dance competition and Yanacie Morency and Agustina Leon Perdomo were given the ballroom dance citizenship award for their outstanding attitude and promotion of ballroom dance throughout the lessons. Bravo 5th graders and Bravo Mr. K and Ms. Greene!
On May 17, the 6th Grade Food Access Service Learning Group took a field trip to the Greater Boston Food Bank to help package food. In the three hours they were there, students packed 7,900 pounds of food and made 6,583 meals possible for the Fall River community. I couldn’t be prouder of how our students are making a difference.
Enjoy the long weekend!
Sincerely,
Sarah Bartels-Marrero
Principal

Estimadas familias,
Sinceramente,
Sarah Bartels-Marrero
