El evento Junot Díaz fue increíble, provocativo y divertido. Sus pensamientos sobre el bilingüismo, la raza y la cultura fueron emocionantes e incitaron la reflexión. Definitivamente fue un evento que me tendrá pensando sobre como la comunidad de Amigos se une y se compromete a modelar la justicia social, el bilingüismo y multiculturalismo en nuestra escuela y en nuestra sociedad.

¡La Escuela Comunitaria Amigos/Cambridgeport está buscando contratar a gente! Están buscando un asistente de programa y/o asistente administrativo, que puede ayudar a administrar las operaciones del programa después de la escuela, procesar el registro de los estudiantes, manejar la facturación y administrar a los líderes del grupo después de la escuela. El/La candidata/a también debe tener buenas habilidades de manejo de aula para ayudar a los especialistas en la enseñanza. Dear Families,

The Junot Diaz Event was amazing, inspiring, and fun. His thoughts on bilingualism, race, and culture were thought-provoking and moving. It was definitely an event that has me thinking about how our Amigos community comes together and commits to modeling social justice, bilingualism, and multiculturalism in our school and society at large.

The Amigos Cambridgeport Community School is currently looking to hire! They’re seeking a program assistant and/or administrative assistant, who can help manage after school program operations, process student registration, and handle billing, as well as after school group leaders with good classroom management skills to assist teaching specialists.
