Estimadas familias,
El mes de octubre ya está aquí y con él, clima más fresco. Las actividades escolares van viento en popa y los estudiantes están trabajando duro y aprendiendo mucho. Me alegra compartir con ustedes que ya hemos recibido los muebles nuevos para la escuela intermedia. En este caso sí podríamos decir, ¡mejor tarde que nunca!
Quisiera recordarles a las familias que por favor entreguen los formularios de CPSD a Amigos lo más pronto posible. Estas son las hojas de formularios rosadas, azules y blancas que deben haber recibido por correo durante el verano. En particular es importante entregar el formulario de autobús. Si no los han recibido y/o necesitan copias, favor de comunicarse con Sheila Colón y ella les ayudará.
Esta semana tuvimos que decirle adiós a nuestro maestro de Teatro, Sr. Jorge Arce. Debido a condiciones de salud, Sr. Arce ha decidido no continuar en Amigos. Lo extrañaremos y le deseamos lo mejor en sus próximos proyectos.

Dear Families,
October is here and so is the cooler weather. School activities are in full swing and students are working hard and learning a lot. I am excited to share with you that our upper school furniture finally came it. In this case, the only thing to say is better late than never!
I’d like to remind families to please return your CPSD forms to the Amigos main office as soon as possible. These are the pink, blue and white forms that you should have received over the summer. Particularly important is the transportation form. If you didn’t receive any forms and/or need new copies, please email Ms. Sheila Colon and she will assist you.
This week we said goodbye to our upper school theater teacher, Mr. Jorge Arce. Due to a need to focus on his personal health, Mr. Arce has decided to move on from Amigos. We will miss him and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
