Greetings CPS Community…

I hope you had a restful weekend.

I am excited to announce the next step in our budget process. Tomorrow night, I will present our proposed Fiscal Year 2024 budget during a Special Meeting of the School Committee. As I’ve expressed before, I appreciate each of you who shared your input at our community engagement meetings in January. I hope you will join us or watch the meeting virtually tomorrow night.

Tonight, our
Portrait of a Graduate design team will meet for a fourth and final time. This group of educators, students, alumni, families, employers, and other community members, will be finalizing a collective vision that captures the district’s aspirations for every student. Our Portrait will not only support our District Plan objectives but also leverage our student-designed Mission, Vision, and Core Values and Instructional Framework elements. We very much look forward to sharing it with you in the coming weeks!

Thank you for your continued support.

Make it Great!

Dr. Victoria L. Greer
