Good evening CPS Community:
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! Today, we welcomed our 1st grade through 12th grade students as well as our postgraduate students. You could feel the excitement throughout our buildings as we begin another school year. We can hardly wait to greet our Preschool and Kindergarten students on Thursday!
As we settle into the next few days, please be sure you have completed all of the annual forms through our CPS Family Portal, have signed up for ParentSquare, and reviewed our district calendar for the upcoming year.
As we begin this new chapter, I encourage you all to lean into the supports we have and foster meaningful connections within your school communities. Here’s to another year of growing together and empowering student excellence. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow night for my conversation with My Brother’s Keeper.
