- Any student residing in the district may be referred for advanced learning needs by a teacher, administrator, interventionist, guidance counselor, school psychologist, or a parent/caregiver of the student to the District Instructional Lead of Advanced Learning. A student may refer themself through a district staff member who has knowledge of the referred student’s abilities.
