CPS Panorama Surveys

Cambridge Public Schools strives to provide high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all of our scholars and build welcoming schools.

We routinely invite families, staff, and students (grades 3-12) to answer questions to help identify areas of strength and where we can grow, informing our district and school improvement efforts. Surveys we share through Panorama include:

District and School Culture Survey: This is a helpful tool in identifying what students need to thrive in school, what educators to feel supported, and what families need to feel welcome, but represents neither an academic nor scientific means of collecting data. The purpose is to capture a snapshot of feedback from a particular time to help inform the district’s analysis in planning for continuous improvement in all school communities.

Communications and Content Survey: This survey collects feedback on our communications methods to inform our strategy.

2024-2025 School Culture Survey

The 2024-2025 Survey was administered in May 2025. The public dashboard with preliminary data, available here, is available as of June 18, 2025. District administrators are currently reviewing and analyzing data and will release further findings in Fall 2025. You can see current summaries and data in the following ways:
