Favorite subject at CRLS
English
Why is it your favorite subject?
I really enjoyed the group of students I got to share a year long course with, and I always felt like I could grow in the class. My teacher always pushed me to exceed my expectations, and thanks to that I was able to rebuild my love for math.
Favorite CRLS Staff Person
Mr. McGlathery, Mr. Kreuser, Ms. Jing, Mr. Snyder
What makes that staff person so special?
Mr. McGlathery was one of the most supportive teachers I had while I was at CRLS. He would always stay behind in his class for hours after school to help anyone with their coding assignments. Mr. McGlathery was also one of the most caring people I met and I wish him a great retirement.
Mr. Kreuser's English class eased me into high school and I can't thank him enough for helping me develop my writing abilities. He is very hardworking and if you need any type of support, he's always happy to help.
Ms. Jing's classroom was like a second home to me at CRLS. She's always encouraging to new Chinese learners and extremely supportive. I started Chinese with her when we were still on Zoom and it's sad to think that I won't have another class with her.
You can always count on having an interesting conversation with Mr. Snyder. His classes are very fun and he always provides unique insights.
