Superintendent's Proposed Budget Reflects Significant Increase
On Thursday, March 16, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kenneth Salim presented to the School Committee and the community a proposed 2017-2018 budget for the Cambridge Public Schools.
The proposed budget of $183 million includes a $10.2 million increase (5.9%) over the current school year, the largest increase in many years.
