In addition to recruitment, CPS is committed to ensuring that staff members from historically marginalized communities feel welcomed and included. Employee Resource Groups, (sometimes known as affinity groups) provide a space for mutual support and connection around areas of shared identity such as race, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation.
