Rental Fees and Detail Charges

Users of the facilities will be charged a Tier II or Tier III rental fee, based on their organization’s Category, as defined in the Cambridge Public Schools Community Use of School Facilities Policies and Procedures which contains the APPENDIX I: Fees for Use of School Facilities During Non‐school Hours and updated in 2019 by the School Committee.

All users applying for Tier II, Category 3 should fill out our Cambridge Residency Affidavit to be submitted with proof of Cambridge Residency. Accepted forms of residency are listed on the first page of the affidavit.
