Friendly Reminder for Seniors
All seniors who applied to colleges this year, please update your Naviance account with your admission decisions. Please note where you were accepted, denied, and wait listed. This information is populated into the scattergrams in Naviance and assists future seniors with their college process. Please help future seniors by updating your decisions now.

In addition, it is important each senior list their final post-secondary plan in Naviance. If you are working please indicate working and list where you will be working, if going into the military indicate military and list branch, if attending college please set the attending college and if gap year indicate such and list your plan. It is vital we have an accurate post-secondary plan for each senior as CRLS sends a final transcript to each student's attending college and to programs/employers as requested.

This information must be completed before receiving your cap and gown for graduation.

If you need assistance entering your final post-secondary plan or updating the admission decision status please see Ms. Williams in the CCRC, room 1501 or your guidance counselor. Thank you

Math MCAS
On Tuesday, May 21st and Wednesday, May 22nd, all 10th grade students will be taking the Math MCAS exam. Only 10th graders will come to school at 8:05AM to take the exam. While the test is scheduled for 8:05 - 11:08AM, the test is untimed and students will have until the end of the day to finish if needed.

To help maintain a quiet and organized testing experience students in grades 9, 11 & 12 will have a delayed opening and come to school at 11:12AM for the last two blocks for the day. 10th Grade students will be dismissed from school after they are finished with the test.

Because the exam is being administered online students need to bring their fully charged Chromebooks to school. Students should also bring a calculator to the test on May 22nd in case they would rather use a physical calculator instead of the online calculator that will be made available.

Also, June 4th and June 6th- 9th graders will take the Science MCAS exam. More information to follow.

Science MCAS Testing June 4 & 6
On Tuesday, June 4th and Thursday, June 6 (June 5th is a Eid al-Fitr, and there is no school), all 9th grade students will be taking science MCAS exam.

Only 9th graders and students, who have not passed a Science MCAS, will come to school at 8:05AM to take the exam. While the test is scheduled for 8:05 - 11:08AM, the test is untimed and students will have until the end of the day to finish if needed.

To help maintain a quiet and organized testing experience students in grades 10, 11 & 12 will have a delayed opening and come to school for the last two blocks for the day at 11:12AM.

Also, unlike the Math MCAS 9th Grade students will not be dismissed from school after they are finished with the test but will return to classes.

On June 4th uAspire will meet with Juniors (rising seniors) regarding college affordability. Juniors will need to report to Fitzgerald Theater at CRLS at 10:30AM.
