Message from Manuel J. Fernandez
We began the school year with a commitment to Restorative Practices as a means of shaping a school culture that values reflection and restoration over punishment. It has been a challenge to us all but we continue to pursue strategies that help scholars view their mistakes as learning opportunities. Learn more >>

Winter Showcase
The 2nd annual Winter Showcase was held on Dec. 17th with presentations by the Chorus, Orchestra, Concert, Band, Jazz Band, and Visual Art. Once again CSUS scholars and their teachers distinguished themselves. We are very proud of what can be accomplished with teamwork, discipline, and enthusiasm. Thanks to all the scholars and teachers;  Mr. Fusco, Ms. Green, Mr. Mossberg, Ms. Silbert, Mr. Tripp, Mr. Watts, and Mr. Searcy.

It's a Snow Jam
On December 19th, CSUS held the annual It’s a Snow Jam! dances. Both the grade 6 and the later 7/8 dance were well attended and enjoyed by all. Of course once again the teachers had the best moves on the dance floor.
