Neighborhood Service Project (NSP)

The NSP is a fourteen week, paid community-based service-learning program that introduces young people age 14 and 15 to the world of work by engaging them in the development of a project that impacts their neighborhood.

Operated by OWD in partnership with the city’s Youth Centers, NSP teens work with an adult Community Liaison to identify a need in their community, design a project to address the need, and showcase their work to the community at large.

The program runs from February through May. Applications are available online here and are due by 1/27. If you have any questions, please call Ken Bowers at 617.349.6272 or email us.
