Practices:  Practices are held after school and last approximately 2 hours. Varity and JV occasionally practice in the evening and on some weekends.

Competition:  The teams compete against the 4 GBL Schools plus an additional 12 non-league games.

Cut Policy:  Cuts take place on the varsity and depending on the numbers may take place on the JV and Freshman teams.
