We’re delighted to announce the launch of our brand new (free!) mobile app! It’s a quick and easy way to stay in the loop on what’s happening at Cambridge Public Schools via your smartphone.
What does it do?
- Sends you emergency notifications (e.g., school closures) and district news.
- Gives you easy access to school and district info, including calendars, lunch menus, bus schedules, parent/student portal, social media, and more.
How do I get it?
It’s free and is available for download on smartphones. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for “Cambridge Public Schools” or use these links:
Signup to Receive Notifications
The first time you open the App, it will ask you if you would like to receive push notifications. Select “YES”
if you would like to receive emergency closing announcements and other urgent messages without having
to open or check the App. Then make sure you click on the Notifications Icon and then the top right Wheel Icon. Highlight News (there should be a check mark next to News). Your all set!
