#14-233, Motion by Ms. Kelly, that to better understand student support staff work in each school community and the possible need for greater student support, the School Committee requests a comprehensive analysis of the roles, responsibilities, and caseloads of school adjustment counselors, guidance counselors, school social workers, and school psychologists; the staffing and reporting structure and FTE; and the work each does with students, teachers, and school administrators in each school community, including the role each has regarding student behavioral health, behavioral concerns and responses (including disciplinary actions), classroom management, and school climate by January 31, 2015.
