Last week, 4th and 5th grade students from the Baldwin, Kennedy-Longfellow, and King Open were treated to an author visit with the amazing Maris Wicks! Maris spoke about the process of creating comics and the diving research she did to prepare for her new book,
Science Comics: Coral Reefs. She mentioned some new adventures that may be coming her way, so we are excited for the new books that will follow.
