Winter Concert

The final Baldwin middle school winter instrumental concert was held on Wednesday, December 14.  Thank you to our teachers Patrick Wroge (woodwinds), Simon Watts (strings), Murray Tripp (brass), John Reynolds (choral) and the accompanist Michael Sherman.  Our students put on an exceptional performance.  The chorus delighted the audience with some wintertime songs including Winter Fantasy.  Our 5th grade string students, who have been playing their instruments for only a few weeks did a remarkable job with Ode to Joy.  The middle school strings were fantastic with Dance of the Reed Flutes from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker.  And the middle school concert band played a few great numbers and finished the concert with Green Day Tune.
