Ninth graders are exposed to an overview of the Commercial Design Program. The seven-day lesson outline is below

UG/O: Students will brainstorm ideas and produce a sketch for their self-portrait poster. 6	Main Topic: Vinyl graphic applications and Illustration and button design. Skills: Vinyl graphic weeding, rendering, and color theory. UG/O: Students will demonstrate their ability to assemble vinyl graphics by weeding and assembling multiple pieces of vinyl. Students will demonstrate their ability to develop and execute original illustrated concepts by designing and illustrating school spirit and personal buttons.	2.B.14 2.B.16	Vinyl graphic applications discussion and demonstration.
