Ms. Watson Maxell has broad experience in the field of Commercial Design and Graphic Design, as a designer, small business owner, and college instructor. Energized by the dynamic opportunities of building a new design program from the ground up, writing an innovative curriculum, and working with Cambridge students, Michele began her high school teaching career at the Rindge School of Technical Arts in the September 2002. By March 2003, her hard work had been realized when the Commercial Design program earned a Chapter 74 accreditation by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Education.
