Program Instructor Video		The Culinary Arts Program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Students learn all aspects of the operation of a food service enterprise. Advanced students learn the fundamentals of managing a small take-out restaurant focusing on business operations. The courses are aligned with the Massachusetts Department of Education Career/Vocational Technical Education Frameworks for Hospitality and Tourism and Culinary Arts , and accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The courses include an embedded physical education and health component that meets the CPSD PE requirement.
