The Culinary Arts Program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Students learn all aspects of the operation of a food service enterprise. Advanced students learn the fundamentals of managing a small take-out restaurant focusing on business operations.
The courses are aligned with the Massachusetts Department of Education Career/Vocational Technical Education Frameworks for Hospitality and Tourism and Culinary Arts , and accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The courses include an embedded physical education and health component that meets the CPSD PE requirement. Students enrolled in these courses will not be required to take a separate Physical Education course. |
