The Morse School is located at 40 Granite Street. The newly renovated school building is technologically state-of-the-art and fully networked. The Morse is a K-8 school with an enrollment of 440 students. The Morse School teaches an alternative innovative curriculum developed by the Core Knowledge Foundation.

At present, we are the only Cambridge public school to follow this curriculum which is similar to the national curricula used in other academically successful countries. Core Knowledge curriculum provides a detailed sequence of content in the major subject areas. This guarantees that all Morse children will be provided with a rich, varied, challenging, and cohesive course of studies throughout the school. Various teaching styles, resources, and methods are utilized to enhance learning.

The Morse School has several programs which serve our diverse population. Parental involvement is encouraged and appreciated. In addition, we have a strong connection with local colleges and universities through volunteers who actively work with our students and teachers.
