Students enter the gym and practice their bar work. Then they sit in their squads. Finish attendance.
Jogging:
Jog to music. Start by jogging for 3 minutes. No stopping. (Eventually, jog for 5 minutes, then 7 min., up to 10 min.) They can get a drink if they choose.
Stretching:
Feet apart stretch right count - 10 then repeat on the left
Feet together, stretch forward count – 10
Sprinters stretch r – 10, l – 10
Butterfly stretch 20
Isometric push up hold in place count to 20
Isometric sit-up hold in place count to 50 increase up to 100
Push-ups 10 increase up to 15
Crossover crunches 20 increase up to 40
Start the lesson.
If someone has a note to be excused they can sit off to the side. If they don’t have their sneakers it’s a zero and they write a punishment.
