This year, the Community School program of the Department of Human Services will be operating the school's after school program, from 3:45-5:30 MTThF, and form 2-5:30 on Wednesdays. The program will serve Junior Kindergartners to 6th graders and will cost $60 a month for Fletcher Maynard students.

The program offers homework help, supplementary academic support, snack,  and enrichment activities through our on-site staff, Science Club for Girls and other programs offered through local non profits and neighboring universities. The FMA also maintains a close relationship with both MIT and Harvard Universities which provide the after school program, and the school at large, with volunteers that serve in many capacities in the program--from classroom volunteers to big siblings for our students.

The Community School program has an exciting year planned. We have exciting classes and lots more in store. If you have any questions please contact Yuliya Goncharov at 617-3496295 or email to ygoncharov@cambridgema.gov; or Uche Amaechi at 617-575-9301 or amaechi@me.com.
