Composer David Haines Comes to the Baldwin

David Haines is a composer and song-writer from England who has been in some of the Baldwin classrooms the past few weeks.  This is the 4th year that David has come to our school to lead classrooms in singing and song writing with an emphasis on science.  David's enthusiasm and exuberance are evident as he creates music with students, starting with brainstorming.  In a 50 minute period, a song is created.  Our 2nd grade students  have been heard moving through the hallways during transitions singing and humming the song they wrote.
