The Amigos School has a number of resources for students needing additional help. There is a Literacy Specialist, a Literacy Coordinator (3-5), a Reading Recovery Teacher (grade 1), three Learning Specialists, an Early Childhood Resource Specialist (K-2), two English as a Second Language (ESL) Teachers, three ESL Specialists, an Inclusion Specialist, an Inclusion Aide, a Speech and Language Specialist, an Occupational Therapist, a Physical Therapist, a Nurse, a School Adjustment Counselor, a Title One Reading Specialist (grades 3-5), a Title One Math Specialist (grades 6-8) and a School Psychologist. Some of these Specialists are shared with the King School; most are bilingual in English and Spanish.
