A FREE program for motivated, diverse middle school students to gain the skills and confidence to excel in school, create paths to college, and pursue careers in education.

La Casa del Español / Spanish Family Camp
Camp Wabasso, Bradford, NH
One week of classes and activities in Spanish at all levels, plus swimming, boating and hiking, for adults and children.
Cost: $375/first adult, $325 additional adult, $250/first child, $200/additional child

Agassiz Neighborhood Council’s Outback Summer Program
Up to eight weeks of drama, art, video, dance, nature, sports and other activities for kids entering grades 1-6. Weekly beach trips.
Cost: $165-205/week. Scholarships and vouchers available.

Cambridgeport Community School Summer Program
Two, 2-week sessions with different themes. In 2005 Medieval times and Summer Olympic Games. Music, sports and field trips also included. Grades K-5.

Fitzgerald Community School Summer Program, at Peabody School
For preschool to age 12. Little ones do reading, arts & crafts, storytelling, sprinkler & pool, games, performances, field trips. Older kids have crafts, sports, gardening, swimming and weekly field trips.
Cost: $130-250 per 2 week session. Financial aid available.

Haggerty Community School, Strawberry Hill Camp
Children age 5-12 enjoy story time and library visits, creative arts, gardening and exploration at Fresh Pond. Field trips to local beaches and pools.

Harrington Neighborhood Council, Sun! Splash! Summer Camp, at King Open
Activities for ages 5-12 include art, literacy, gardening, swim lessons, beach field trips.
Cost: $200-280 per 2-week session

M.L. King Kids’ Camp
Program for ages 5-10 includes arts and crafts, drama, sports, music, swimming instruction and ceramics. Outings to Art in the Parks performances, and other local attractions.

Linnaean Community School Camp Seafaring, at Graham & Parks
Six- to 10-year-olds visit foreign lands and learn about their customs through games and activities. Pirates, mermaids, explorers, sea monsters and marine life are topics. Swimming, sports, and weekly beach trips.
Cost: $300 for 2-week "voyage", $150 for Week one.

Morse Community School Camp Big Adventure
K through 5th graders enjoy arts, sports, swimming, cooking, music, drama and field trips. In 2005 partnered with the Underground Railway Theatre and the Zeitgeist gallery.
